The Apex Award was awarded by Allied Van Lines to agents who maintained an "Excellent" rating each quarter for a given year. We have been Apex Award winners consistently from 1996 - present. The rating of "Excellent" is based on random polls of our customers by Allied Van Lines' Customer Service Department.

McNaughton Moving and Storage was presented with a certificate of achievement from Allied Van Lines for having a Customer Focus Performance Rating of Excellent. Gallup and other polling organizations have obtained this rating data through post-move surveys.

In 2001 we were awarded the Most Accurate Estimators Award. This award is granted to the agent whose estimates were most accurate in regards to the actual weights of the loaded shipments. For the consumer, this equates to having the peace of mind of knowing that the final charges will be very comparable to the estimate they received.

We have received many safety awards within our division within Allied Van Lines. These awards are testimony to the care and concern our drivers display while operating our equipment.

We are happy to be the home agency of the 1977 Van Foreman of the Year. After many long years of dedicated service to us and our customers he his enjoying his retirement.

We are proud to be the home agency of the 1993 Van Foreman of the Year. Out of 1800 van foremen in the Allied system, this driver scored highest based on customer satisfaction, on-time delivery and safety while performing his duties. He is still currently an active hauler with our agency.

This van foreman was selected on all the same merits as the previous Van Foremen of the Year. He was a member of Allied's Special Products Fleet. He hauled tradeshows, exhibits, displays and electronics that required special handling. In 1989 he was also awarded the Senior Safe Driver Award. After many long years of dedicated service to us and our customers he is enjoying his retirement.

We have also received the Customer for Life (several) and Quality of Service Audit Awards. These are awards that are offshoots of the Apex Award. We are also pleased to have been awarded the Three Million Dollar Hauler and Million Dollar Hauler Award. These awards demonstrate our commitment to playing an integral role in the transportation and customer service aspect of our industry. We have also received a Green Arrow Award from the military which displays our dedication to being a military approved agency and providing our armed forces with quality relocation services. We continue to be a military approved agency.
