Apex Award
Allied Van Lines presents the Apex Award to agents who maintain an “Excellent” rating for each quarter of a given year. We have been Apex Award winners consistently since 1996. Note: the rating of “Excellent” is based on random polls of our customers by Allied Van Lines’ Customer Service Department. As about our Apex Award.
Allied Van Lines Customer Focus
McNaughton & Latrobe Moving & Storage was presented with a certificate of achievement from Allied Van Lines for having a Customer Focus Performance Rating of “Excellent.” Gallup and other polling organizations have obtained this rating data through post-move surveys.
Most Accurate Estimators
In 2001, we received the Most Accurate Estimators Award, an honor granted to the agent whose estimates were most accurate in regards to the actual weights of the loaded shipments. Our ability to offer estimates that are comparable to final charges gives our customers true peace of mind.
Van Foreman Of The Year
Throughout our many years of business, we have been proud to have numerous outstanding employees on our team. In both 1977 and 1993, we were home to the Van Foreman of the Year. The 1993 winner is still an active hauler with our agency. Additionally, one of our employees was named Special Products Van Foreman of the Year (2000), which is based on the same merits as Van Foreman of the Year but relates specifically to the transportation of tradeshows, exhibits, displays and electronics as part of the Allied Special Products Fleet.
Additional Moving Quality Awards
McNaughton & Latrobe Moving & Storage has also received several Customer for Life and Quality of Service Audit Awards (offshoots of the Apex Award). We are also pleased to have been awarded both the Three Million Dollar Hauler and Million Dollar Hauler Award, which demonstrate our commitment to playing an integral role in the transportation and customer service facets of our industry. The U.S. Military has also presented us with a Green Arrow Award, which showcases our dedication to being a military approved agency that provides our armed forces with quality relocation services.
